The St. Regis Hotel Chain, one of the leading luxury hotel brands in the world set the Macka Hotel that is investment of the Demsa A.S in Nisantasi into operation. Within the Hotel which has 118 rooms, there is a private employee to serve to the each guest and it also serves to its customers through its unique spa design. Macka Hotel which was popular once upon a time and of which restoration was finished under Demsa went into service within the first half of 2014 by the name of St. Regis İstanbul. Whole spa lightening solutions was performed by the SOON Light & Project Company of the project whose spa was performed by the ERTU construction.
