City’s Istanbul is located in Kozyatağı, one of Istanbul’s most important transportation and commercial hubs. Thanks to its direct connection to the metro station, the project offers fast and comfortable access while bringing a new vision and a new future to the city.

Featuring the latest trends and technologies, City’s Istanbul offers visitors a unique combination of new flavors, distinctive brands, and an enhanced shopping experience. Designed as a new meeting point and one of the vibrant hearts of Istanbul, the project brings together contemporary architecture, retail, dining, and lifestyle experiences under one roof.

The concept architecture of City’s Istanbul was designed by Architect Sinan Kafadar, while the interior design was developed by Architect Ayhan Geveli.

SOON Light & Project was responsible for the entire lighting concept and lighting consultancy of the project, creating an integrated lighting approach that complements the architectural concept and enhances the overall visitor experience.

One of Istanbul’s distinguished gastronomic destinations, Sakhalin Restaurant is a prestigious project that brings together diverse culinary influences and a contemporary approach to gastronomy within a unique dining experience. The project was brought to life through the shared vision and creative collaboration of renowned restaurateur Boris Zarkov, White Rabbit Family’s acclaimed chef Vladimir Mukhin, and talented chef Alexei Kogay.

The restaurant’s strong spatial identity, equally distinctive as its culinary offering, is shaped by a sophisticated design approach in which materials, architectural details, and atmosphere are carefully integrated. Lighting plays a key role in completing this experience and revealing the character of the space.

SOON Light & Project was responsible for the complete lighting concept and design of Sakhalin Restaurant, as well as the development and production of bespoke lighting products specifically created for the project. The lighting design was developed to highlight the restaurant’s architectural details and refined material palette while creating a warm, balanced, and immersive atmosphere that enhances the overall dining experience.

Throughout the project, the bespoke lighting solutions were designed to go beyond functionality, becoming an integral part of Sakhalin’s distinctive brand identity and guest experience. Through this approach, SOON Light & Project created a unique and cohesive lighting experience that complements and reinforces the restaurant’s architectural and gastronomic vision.

Located within the historic atmosphere of Feriye, at one of the most distinctive locations along the Bosphorus, DotsHub reinterprets the traditional office concept as a new-generation coworking and community space where working, creativity, collaboration, and social interaction come together.

Blending Feriye’s historic character with contemporary working culture, the project brings together coworking areas, meeting and focus rooms, lounges and social spaces, as well as workshop and event areas. Integrated with the unique views of the Bosphorus, the spatial concept combines the architectural heritage of the past with today’s flexible and dynamic approach to work, creating a distinctive identity for DotsHub.

The lighting approach was developed to establish a careful balance between respecting the historic character of the building and providing the visual comfort, functionality, and atmosphere required by contemporary workspaces. Lighting solutions were tailored to the different functions of the project, creating comfortable and balanced illumination in working areas while introducing a warmer and more inviting ambience within social and communal spaces.

Through lighting solutions that emphasize architectural details and material textures, SOON Light & Project transformed light into an integral part of the spatial experience. The contemporary lighting approach preserves the elegance of the historic architecture while supporting DotsHub’s dynamic character and its ability to adapt to different activities throughout the day.

The result is a cohesive spatial experience that brings together Feriye’s historic heritage and DotsHub’s innovative working culture through light. SOON Light & Project’s architectural lighting expertise strengthens the delicate relationship between heritage and contemporary design, contributing to the distinctive and sophisticated atmosphere of DotsHub.
